FLEXFACE

Flexface signage is a great application when your signage has a large face surface, and traditional acrylic and polycarbonate sheets either will not span the surface of the light or are too costly.

Facefaces are produced from large rolls of banner material, where the artwork is printed via large format printed, the materials can then be ultrasonically welded together to produce a very large skin for the face of the sign. Then light box extrusions are used to produce the framing, and house the LED lighting, the frames are usually mounted to a wall or structural surface which becomes the main support of the sign.

End result is a very large format sign, with the ability to produce digitally printed graphics, and illumination from side lit LEDs.
