3D STAINLESS LETTERS ON PINS

Aluminium or Stainless Steel Letters and logos can be laser cut with pins welded to the rear surface of the sign,  these pins act as spacers allowing your sign to stand off the mounting surface.

Pins embedded into the wall and secured with an epoxy chemical to which provides a very sturdy mounting for your signage.

Aluminium letters can be painted, anodised, electroplated to your specification and have perfect application in both an internal and external environment.

Stainless Steel can also be utilised to produce the same outcome should you be looking for a stainless steel finish to your signage.

3D LASER CUT LETTERS WITH 2PAC FINISH

We can produce your 3D signage for almost any given font style or logo supplied, we laser cut your letters and / or logo from acrylic or aluminium then finish them in a long lasting quality 2pac paint finish to your selected PMS colour.

Signs can then be installed on site either flat on the wall, with large heavier signs having pins on the rear of the sign’s surface recessed into the wall to provide support.

The PMS colour match ensures you branding standards are achieved, and the 2pac spray paint finish delivers a a very durable high quality finish.

3D INTRACUT SIGN

Your logo or letters can be router cut into an opal acrylic sheet from 6 – 25 mm, with either cast vinyl applied to the face of the letters for solid colours or digital printed media can be used if you logo uses gradient colours.

The letters are then pushed through a negative cut ACM tray and illuminated from the rear of the opal panel via LEDs.

Perfect application for any retail, building, reception, or office signage application.

3D CHANNEL LETTERS WITH HALO LED ILLUMINATION

Fabricated 3 dimensional lettering an logos are produced from acrylic or aluminium, stand offs or pins are fixed to the rear of the sign to allow for mounting, LED illumination is inserted into the channel of the sign pointing to the rear to create a halo illumination effect to the sign.

The rear of the letter has opal acrylic to diffuse the light and also to encase the letter to protect the sign from the weather, dust and insect ingress.

Various colours of halo illumination can be achieved through using different colours or kelvin rated LEDs which allow for a uniquely customised solution for your 3D signage.

25MM PLEXIGLAS 3D LETTERS

Individual letters and logos are routered out of 25mm plexiglas with a channel in the rear, aluminium backs with mini LEDS are recessed into the rear channel to provide bright and consistent illumination.

Letters and logos can be wall mounted or suspended on frames, these type of letters are for internal and external application.
